In addition to these two talented musicians, they host well-known songwriters to create a fun and unique experience, akin to Nashville’s Bluebird Café.<br />
With a song catalog full of multi-platinum certified songs, including Nick Lachey’s “What’s Left of Me” and the Backstreet Boys’ “Incomplete,” Jess Cates has established himself as one of the music industry’s most accomplished and sought after songwriters.<br />
Cates’ hits include LeAnn Rimes’ “Strong” and Martina McBride’s “I Just Call You Mine,” which peaked at number 18 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.<br />
In 2008, Cates co-wrote David Archuleta’s debut single, “Crush,” which reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Throughout his successful career, Cates has worked with a long list of artists, including Kevin Paige, Jordin Sparks, The Jonas Brothers, Clay Aiken, Taylor Hicks and JC Chavez, among others.<br />
Grammy-winning songwriter and producer Dennis Matkosky has had success in pop, R&amp;B, country and Christian genres. Matkosky’s hits include “Maniac,” which was included in the movie “Flashdance,” and Keith Urban’s “You’ll Think of Me,” which peaked at number one on Billboard Hot Country chart. “I Need You,” recorded by LeeAnn Rimes, climbed to number two on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart.<br />
Matkosky has worked with a “Who’s who” in the music industry, including Diana Ross, Clay Aiken, Eddie Money, Boz Scaggs, James Ingram and Chicago, among others.<br />

A mix of swing, ska and rock, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies broke onto the music scene with their 1997 album, Zoot Suit Riot.<br />
The album achieved double-platinum certification and the eponymous single reached number 15 on the Billboard Modern Rock chart, as well as the top 20 on the Billboard 200 chart.<br />
Following a brief hiatus, the band released the albums, Susquehanna and Skaboy JFK.<br />
The band is set to release their sixth studio album in 2012.<br />

Artist Info: After years of touring the club circuit, Jerrod Niemann charted with the single, “I Love Women (My Momma Can’t Stand).” Niemann’s 2010 single, “Lover, Lover,” which was included on his first major-label album, Judge Jerrod &amp; the Hung Jury, climbed to number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.<br />
The album also featured the single, “What Do You Want,” which peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. In addition to his own music, Niemann has written songs for several country artists, including Garth Brooks, Jamey Johnson, Neal McCoy and Zona Jones, among others.<br />
Second runner-up on the ninth season of “American Idol,” Casey James, released his debut single, “Let’s Don’t Call It a Night,” in 2011.<br />
The single peaked at number 32 on the Billboard Hot Country songs chart and established James as one of country music’s up-and-coming artists.<br />
James was recently named CMT’s “Next Big Thing.”<br />
Signed to his first songwriting deal at the age of 17, Brent Anderson is one of country music’s up-and-coming artists. In 2011, Anderson’s debut single, “Amy’s Song,” reached number 52 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.<br />
The single featured backup vocals from Vince Gill and sampled Pure Prairie League’s 1973 hit “Amie.”<br />
Best known for her role as Alex Dupre in the hit television series “One Tree Hill,” Jana Kramer released her debut single, “Why Ya Wanna,” in 2011. The single peaked at number 57 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Dupre also found success with the digital single, “I Won’t Give Up,” which reached number 75 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was featured in an episode of “One Tree Hill.” In addition to music, Dupre has appeared in a long list of movies and television series, including “Friday Night Lights,” “Entourage,” “90210,” “Prom Night,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.”<br />

In 1992, Beeson co-wrote Restless Heart’s single, “When She Cries,” which reached number two on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart and number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.<br />
The single earned Beeson “Country Song of the Year” and “Pop Song of the Year” awards from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP). Beeson continued his success with LeAnn Rimes’ top-40 hit single, “This Love,” and Pat Green’s “Let Me,” which peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Throughout his successful career, Beeson has co-written songs for several artists, including Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Restless Heart, Pat Green and Big Kenny, among others.<br />
Earl Bud Lee has written songs for some of country music’s biggest stars, including Garth Brooks, George Strait, Blake Shelton and Mark Chesnutt, among others.<br />
Lee co-wrote Garth Brooks’ “Friends In Low Places,” which climbed to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Singles &amp; Tracks chart for four weeks, making it one of the biggest hits of the year. In 1997, Lee helped co-write George Strait’s single, “One Night at a Time,” which reached number one on the Billboard Hot Country Singles &amp; Tracks, as well the top 60 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Lee once again found himself atop the Billboard Country Songs chart, with the single, “Who Are You When I’m Not Looking,” which he co-wrote for Blake Shelton.<br />

Artist Info: Pioneers of the country rock genre, Poco broke onto the music scene with the album Picking Up the Pieces.<br />
After releasing nine albums between 1970 – 1977, including Crazy Eyes, which reached number 38 on the Billboard 200 chart, Poco released the gold-certified album, Legend. The album featured the singles, “Heart of the Night” and “Crazy Love,” which had a seven-week run at number one on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart. Twenty years after the band’s debut, the original lineup released Legacy, which once again achieved gold certification and featured the singles, “Nothin’ to Hide,” “The Nature of Love,” “Where It All Began,” “What Do People Know” and “Call It Love,” which reached number two on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary chart and number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band began recording its 19th studio album in 2011.<br />

Artist Info: Influenced by a wide range of artists, including A Tribe Called Quest and Bob Dylan, Mat Kearney taught himself how to play the guitar in college and released his debut album, Bullet, in 2004. Kearney continued his rise in the music industry with the release of his album, Nothing Left to Lose. The album’s title track and first single, “Nothing Left to Lose,” achieved gold certification and peaked at number 41 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Kearney’s next album, City of Black &amp; White, climbed to number 13 on the Billboard 200 chart and number one on the Billboard Top Christian Album chart. His current album, Young Love, peaked at number four on the Billboard 200. Kearney’s songs have appeared on several popular television series, including “30 Rock,” “Dirty Sexy Money,” “The Unit,” “Without A Trace,” “Laguna Beach,” “The Hills,” “Scrubs,” “The Closer,” “NCIS” and “Grey’s Anatomy,” among others.<br />

Artist Info: The son of two preachers, Joe spent much of his time in church singing, playing guitar and directing the choir.<br />
Influenced by gospel singers, The Winans, Commissioned and Vanessa Bell Armstrong, and soul legends including Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye, Joe released his debut album, Everything, in 1993. Joe reached worldwide fame with the album, My Name is Joe, which climbed to number two on the Billboard 200 chart and received triple platinum certification. Joe continued his success with the albums, Better Days and And Then…, both of which received gold certification and featured several hit singles, including “Let’s Stay Home Tonight,” “More and More,” “Ride Wit U” and “Priceless.” In 2011, Joe released The Good, The Bad, The Sexy, which debuted at number eight on the Billboard 200 and number two on the Hot R&amp;B/Hip Hop albums charts.<br />
Building off the success of his albums, Joe has received several Grammy Award nominations, including “Best R&amp;B Album” and “Best Male R&amp;B Vocal Performance.” Joe’s songs have been featured in several motion pictures, including “Rush Hour,” “The Wood” and “Drum Line.”<br />
