P.J. Clarke’s to Open at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace Forum Shops

New York’s P.J. Clarke’s will open its first Western U.S.location in December at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas.
The restaurant and saloon will measure 12,000 square feet and seat 323 people in two dining rooms, with 20 stools at the main bar and another dozen at Sidecar.
There’s also a private dining room.
