The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas has unveiled the Barbie Suite on the heels of the doll’s 50th birthday.
The custom-designed suite features pieces from Barbie’s Malibu Dream House.
Among the highlights are skirted, corseted, lace-up dress chairs; a sunburst mirror made from 65 reproduction 1959 black and white bathing suit Barbie dolls; a large Jacuzzi tub; a two-way fireplace; a full bar; plasma TVs; a steam shower; and an iPod Hi-Fi. The 2,350-square-foot suite accommodates 50 people for bachelorette parties and other events. The Barbie Suite will be available for a limited time in the hotel’s Fantasy Tower.
