Undefeated in his mixed martial arts career, Brian Bowels will go pound-for-pound against former WEC® champion Miguel Angel Torres. Bowels was originally scheduled to fight Torres in the main event of WEC 40 on April 5, 2009 in Chicago though Bowels sustained a back injury weeks before the fight was to take place, causing the WEC to replace him with Takeya Mizugaki, whom Torres defeated.
The World Extreme Cagefighting organization is pleased to announce that on Sunday, June 6th, at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, these two warriors will finally meet in an explosive contest guaranteed to produce fireworks.
