The place looks like something out of a Jetsons cartoon with a 180 degree view of the city. There are two bars along the patio that extends out form the nightclub. The patio floor is clear so you can see all the way down to the new renovated pool area.Age Group: 21 and older. Dress Code enforced. Occupancy: 325. Music: Note that this is a gay nightclub. An adult themed show called the Fashionistas plays most nights at the club. This is more of a show club thant dance club. Every Friday at midnight the Men of Krave put on a show that is very risqué, hosted by Kenny Kerr, a longtime entertainer best known from his days in Boylesque. The Late Night parties are only going on after concerts are performed at the HOB, with DJs spinning the tunes with go-go dancers and Revenge of the Nerd characters. Dance to the old 80s stuff when the Boogie Knights perform, a wonderful and popular retro 70s act.

Music:  Pure is one of the hottest and biggest clubs in Vegas, co owned by Celine Dion and Andre Agassi. Music is a remix of house, rock and hip hop with DJs spinning the tunes in three different areas. Dress code enforced. There is ample seating with handicapped accessibility. The club is over 36,000 square feet on two levels with a main room that is pure white, silver or ivory. There are 3 bars in the main room with a raised VIP area with oversized bed seating around the dance floor. The Red Rod is for VIPS and is private and away from the main room with its own bar and restrooms, adorned in rich champagne colors and draps. There are private booths for even more intimacy. If you take the glass elevator or the twisting staircase to the Terrace, you will have panoramic views from the 14,000 square foot oval dance floor with private cabanas and tables. The club holds 1800 with private events also accommodated for up to 1,500. The Sky boxes go for $1000 a night for 15 people. The Cabanas go for about $750 for 15 people per night. The Water Booths are $300 and seat 6-8 people. Bottle service is available. Many areas are handicapped accessible. You enter the club through a light infused tunnel and the club itself has one of the best dance floors in Vegas with state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Music: The rotating DJs spin out the international beat tunes, house music and hip hop. The Dress Code is enforced. The club holds about 800 people, with seating and handicapped accessible areas. The club has one of the best wine lists in town, dance under elegant dĂ©cor. The club is above the Ah Sin Asian restaurant and the club itself has two levels, with a roped off VIP couch area. After wandering around I found private rooms and the club is very Asian in the motif department, with mirrors, bamboo plants and artwork. There is bottled table service. There are 7 private balconies, and the more private Salon PrivĂ©e with its own bars, elegant chandeliers and furniture and velvet drapes. The French Monsieurâs and Mesdames restrooms are separated by a translucent glass wall. The restrooms are elegant with vaulted red ceilings and light boxes and stainless steel fixtures. There are also occasional Latin night parties at the club.Age Group: 21 and older.
RUMJUNGLE (Mandalay Hotel and Casino)
Music: Â The resident DJs spin the best in R&B, house, hip-hop, funk, Top 40, techno, and international rhythm music No hats in the club, dress code enforced. No baggy jeans. The club can be reserved for private functions for up to 1,500 partiers. There is seating, VIP areas, and handicapped accessible areas. The Club normally holds 800. The club has Vegasâ largest supply of rum, stacked to the top of the club. Check out the walls of water lined with fire. One of the uppity clubs but trendy.
Music: Resident DJs dish up the disco, techno, Top 40, house dance tunes and hip hop. This is a funky club so dress the same way, but no flannels, baggy jeans, tanks or tennis shoes. The huge club holds 2,200. There is plentiful seating and handicapped accessible. Every Tuesday is Eden Night which stands for Erotically delicious Entertainerâs Night. There is lots of go go action going on at the club, which is a reincarnation of the club from NYC from the 1990s. Check out the gallery of celebs photos. Be there during the confetti cannons and balloon drops, with lots of video screens for music videos and the real live thing. They have eliminated the entrance bottleneck so the club is now more fun. The 3,000 foot entrance has gorgeous drapes that are over 20 feet long, seven foot high back chairs and couches for lounging and fiber optic chandeliers. Be sure to meet Mr. Freeze. This is a huge club at 25,000 square feet with enormous disco ball and Studio 54 signage. The VIP area has also bee renovated with a new DJ Playhouse, which is elevated 3 feet off the floor. The go go dancers are around the dance floor, and three bars serve up the booze at the Steel Bar, The Hot Bar and the Voyeur Bar. There is reserved seating for up to 126 people, VIPs are swished off to the second floor.Age Group: 21 and older.
TABU (MGM)
Music:  This is one of the plushest lounges in Vegas with a loyal local following. Resident DJs spin hip hop and techno European house tunes. Dress code enforced. The club only holds 350 people at any one time so it is always packed. VIP packages are available with lots of seating and handicapped accessibility, just off the casino floor room. Tuesdays is Open Decks night, Wednesdays is Boutique night for fashionistas, Thursdays is Fusion night with a mix of hip hop and R&B and Friday is Slide for breakers, poppers with funky tunes. The ultra lounge has a great list of specialty cocktails with tableside mixology by the hostesses, hosts. Images are displayed like a light show on your drink tables and two tables are interactive. There are two bars and two private areas within the club. The club has a special champagne and vodka locker and a huge beehive room for private events. This is really a lounge and the dance floor is not big. Winner of the 2005 Epicurean Award for Best Lounge.Age Group: 21 and older.TAO (Venetian Hotel and Casino)
Music: Resident DJ spin the tunes on Wednesdays. Dress in business attire. No shorts or tanks. Dress code enforced. The club holds 2,500 revelers. No need for reservations; plentiful seating; handicapped accessible. Wednesday is Sutra night and Thursday is Worship night for locals. The 10,000 square foot club is named after a NY City club of the same name. The area also has a restaurant, banquet hall and lounge. There are two rooms at the Nightclub, the

THEATRO EURO BAR (MGM)Hours: Sunday-Thursday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 4 a.m.Music:  This is one of the trendiest of clubs in Vegas, with lounge and retro and progressive world music and house blends spewing out from an excellent sound system. This is also the greatest place in town for aperitifs, hand made cocktails and specialty drinks, beers and hard drinks. Check out the Catwalk champagne bar. The décor is red hot just like the club with unique lighting and comfortable bar chairs along a very wide bar.Age Group: 21 and older.
TRYST (Wynn Las Vegas)
Music: Â The resident DJs spin up dance tunes, hip hop, and Top 40. Dress code is enforced, so no beach apparel or sportswear, not even open toed sandals. The club holds 700, with ample seating and handicapped accessibility. Enter the club along wooden trellises with beams of light leading to the main room. The leather banquettes are great for talking and drinking. Holographic graphics and images of dancing girls are projected through the club with silhouettes bounced off large glass screens hung above the banquettes. There are also live go go dancers. The dance floor is surrounded by a large light wall that are in sync with the music. The 9,000 square foot club is not the largest, but it certainly is one of the nicest in town.Age Group: 21 and over.

The luxury resort will offer 390 guestrooms and suites ranging from 550 to 2,400 square feet. Beds feature pillow-top mattresses and fine linens. Each room offers a living space that includes high-technology amenities such as a Bose Wave sound system, an iPod docking station and an LCD flat-screen television. The spa-like bathrooms offer marble vanities with double sinks, inlaid mirror televisions and separate bathtubs and showers. All resort rooms and suites feature automatic lighting controls for energy efficiency.Hotel amenities include a spa, salon and fitness center; several dining experiences and destination bars including a modern wine cellar and tasting room; and the 100,000-square-foot Villaggio Del Sole Entertainment Piazza for concert events as well as several indoor venues including the Ravello and Milan Showrooms for more intimate performances. December 29, 2008. The Element Las Vegas Summerlin, a Starwood property, has opened in the Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin, the first Element hotel to open in the western United States. Inspired by Westin Hotels & Resorts, the 123-room Element features a portal that provides an actual bridge to the interior, streams of natural light from a multi-storied window wall, and an outdoor fire pit and barbecue near the lobby where a weekly evening reception takes place.Each guestroom is customizable with multi-purpose, modular furniture; a swiveling, flat-screen television; a large desks with open shelving; and custom-designed closets. Each room also offers a fully equipped kitchen that features Energy Star-rated appliances, as well as a Heavenly Bed and a spa-inspired Heavenly shower. Hotel amenities include a breakfast offering, a fitness center, plenty of indoor and outdoor public spaces, 1,400 square feet of meeting space, an integrated technology center and library, café seating, a workspace, and a flexible lobby space.
The hotel is working toward LEED certification in its first year of operation, as part of the Element brandâs effort to require all its hotels to pursue this certification. The Element brandâs green features energy-efficient appliances and lighting, amenity dispensers in the showers to reduce waste, water-efficient faucets and fixtures, and recycling containers.

December 29, 2008. Wynn Resortsâ Encore opened last night in Las Vegas next to the flagship Wynn Las Vegas. Conceived as a collection of neighborhoods, the 2,034-suite resort features a European-inspired pool area and an atrium as its centerpieces. Other design elements include lush landscaping, water features, candlelight and layers of textured materials. Encoreâs suites are cosmopolitan and residential in style and dĂ©cor. Theyâre also large, with Resort Suites measuring 700 square feet and Tower Suites measuring up to 5,800 square feet.The property offers five restaurants: Sinatra features modern Italian cuisine and music by Frank Sinatra, Switch is a French-inspired seafood and steakhouse, Botero Steak features an art collection by Columbian artist Fernando Botero, Society Cafe Encore was designed with Oscar Wilde in mind, and Wazuzu features pan-Asian cuisine. Encore also offers seven bars and lounges. Encore also brings a new nightclub to the scene. At XS, after-dark impresario Victor Drai combines an outdoor pool environment with the club atmosphere. The clubâs design is inspired by the curves of the human body and embraces the European pool and island bar it envelopes.
The dance floor at XS is highlighted by a 10-foot rotating chandelier.
The Spa and The Salon at Encore features a grand Spa Court, a vaulted, softly-lit and glass-enclosed courtyard. There are 37 treatment rooms, 14 naturally-lit garden rooms and four oversized couplesâ suites for massages, body treatments and facials.
Two movement studios offering spinning, yoga, pilates, conditioning and meditation classes are part of the new fitness center.
The Esplanade at Encore consists 11 boutiques, including Rock & Republic, Hermes and Chanel. Inspired by the festive energy of the French Riviera, the pools at Encore include the resort pool and the European pool, enveloped by the hotelâs bars, restaurants, casino and meeting rooms.
The pools are surrounded by sculpted gardens and mosaic tiling and feature Jacuzzi spas and 29 cabanas.
At Encore, the casino floor features columned pavilions, canopies and draperies that partition the gaming areas into private chambers. Encore also offers 60,000 square feet of custom-designed, configurable event space, from private boardrooms to an expansive, column-free ballroom. The facility is connected to Wynn Las Vegas, where an additional 200,000 square feet of space is available. Entertainment includes a new show by singer, comedian, actor and impressionist Danny Gans in the Encore Theater, which will debut in February.
