MGM Grand Mobile Concierge Program
August 11, 2008. The MGM Grand has launched the Mobile Concierge program, providing guests with information on exclusive discounts via their personal mobile devices, including offers for MGM Grand’s restaurants, spa and salon, and shows. Once a hotel reservation is booked, the guest receives a pre-arrival email with the option to sign up for offers sent directly to his or her cell phone, iPhone or PDA via text messaging. The pre-arrival email allows guests to specify whether they would like information only on specific amenities or on all offers available during their stays. Alternatively, guests may register for the service at the front desk upon arrival.
To redeem an offer, the guest presents the text message to an MGM Grand concierge or the participating venue. Available in conjunction with mobileStorm, a digital marketing service provider, the MGM Grand Mobile Concierge program currently is available via mobile service providers within the United States only. Standard text messaging rates apply.
